Currently, all furniture, art and accessory products are considered custom and are not returnable unless damaged or defective. If an item is damaged in shipping, please notify us at email@example.com within 48 hours with photo evidence to arrange for a replacement item to be sent.
Once an order is placed and payment is received these items are not returnable.
Upholstery items may take up to 8 weeks to complete.
*Please note that all sales are final and not returnable/ not refundable. The only exception is manufacturing defects.*
