Shipping

We currently ship to the continental United States (excluding Alaska). We do not ship internationally at this time.


We ship Monday - Friday, and do not count weekends or U.S. holidays as business days.


Products with longer shipping and processes will be noted on their Product Detail Page. We will keep you updated on the status of your order and the estimated time of arrival by email.


Please know that each new order will be shipped in the timeliest manner possible. "Ready to Ship" items will ship from our warehouse within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. Once your order with "Ready to Ship" items leaves our warehouse, it should arrive in 1-5 business days depending on your selected shipping preference.


Please note that your order may experience delays due to weather or a high volume of orders during promotional events or holidays.

Standard Shipping - $10 Flat Rate

Orders with "Ready to Ship" items only qualify for $10 Flat Rate Standard Shipping. We ship most Standard Shipping orders via USPS® Ground (2 - 5 days shipping time) or UPS® Ground (1 - 5 days shipping time) depending on the size and weight of the order and which items are ordered. We prefer to ship in as few boxes as possible to conserve materials, but in the event that one or more of your items will require additional processing time, we will ship your available items as soon as possible and notify you by email.



UPS® Shipping

Express Shipping $25 Flat Rate

Upgrade "Ready to Ship" items with $25 Flat Rate Express Shipping with UPS Shipping Method, including UPS® Ground (1 - 5 days shipping time). These may or may not be available based on shipping location and items within an order. If shipping location is not available, order will be shipped USPS® Priority (1-3 day shipping time).



Rugs

Your rug order will ship to you directly from our trusted vendors. In general, it takes 5-7 business days to process your order before your rug is shipped from their warehouse. Once your rug leaves our vendors’ warehouse, it may take up to 2 weeks in transit to arrive. Please note that a signature may be required upon delivery for all rugs in your order. We will notify you in advance of your estimated delivery date by email.



Furniture

Furniture items orders are processed in 3-5 business days. Once your items are ready to ship, we will contact you by email to let you know the delivery ETA (estimated time of arrival). If delivery requires scheduling with a third-party carrier, we will work with you to arrange a convenient time. In most cases, furniture will arrive 3-5 weeks after your order has been placed. Some upholstery items may take up to 8 weeks.

Furniture cannot be shipped internationally or to the state of Alaska. Overnight and express delivery options are also unavailable. Please note: We are unable to make cancellations or order edits for furniture once the order is placed. Additional shipping delays may occur due to weather conditions, high volume times like promotional events and holidays and transit time delays which are out of our control.



Hunter Lighting

Our lighting can take 3-5 business days to process before shipping from our vendor's warehouse. Once your lighting leaves their warehouse, it will arrive in 5-7 business days. Lighting cannot be shipped via any express services and will be delivered through standard ground shipping. Please note, we are unable to make cancellations or order edits for lighting once the order is placed.
